The Tap Factory’s instant hot water taps come in two designs, LED digital touch and mechanical twist operation. This is our twist-function Milo instant hot water tap finished in brushed steel.
Product Description
If you are looking for a brushed steel 4 way kitchen tap, then look no further! The K2H2O water filter combined with our brushed steel instant boiling water tap set delivers instant boiling water as well as filtered cold drinking water. Our Milo 4 in 1 tap is more efficient than alternative 3 in 1 hot water taps because you can choose when to engage your K2H2O nano-carbon filter at the flick of a switch. The Tap Factory instant hot water tank heats your water to a maximum of 98 degrees Celsius and can be adjusted down to 75 degrees Celsius if you wish.
This product includes: tap, tank, K2H2O filter, connection tube, and flexible braided hoses.
The tank dimensions are 230w x 230d x 310h.
The recommended working pressure for this unit is between 1 and 4 bar.
A 13A plug socket is required to work this tank.
This is a WRAS approved instant hot water tap. The tank has it’s own WRAS approval certificate too. Contact our sales team for relevant certificates if needed.

3 BAR – 12.2 LPM
This unit is most efficient when left on continuously – failure to do so will result in higher running costs and could possibly shorten the life of the element, it is not recommended that this unit be switched on and off continuously!

An average 3Kw kettle boiling 1 litre of water takes two and a half minutes to boil costing 3.5p each boil providing 4.4 (225ml) cups of tea or coffee. The equivalent daily cost is 33.43p per day that's over 6 times the cost of a Tap Factory Instant Boiling Hot Water Tap.
We only illustrate savings across drinks made per day, but in real life usage many of our customers use our Boiling Hot Water Taps to fill their cooking pans as well as light rinsing and washing of dirty items, if this was to be calculated too the cost savings for you would be considerably more.
