Carysil’s Sommelier will keep your drink to within a degree of the opening temperature, so you can enjoy that perfectly chilled sip for the whole bottle.
Take your cold bottle from the fridge, pour a few glasses and place your bottle in.
A fridge is for storing; Sommelier is for serving.
Powered by patented technology, Sommelier uses no ice meaning there’s no water drips or mess
when you’re topping up glasses.
Unless you opt for our undermount option the visible part is called ‘the crown’ – the rest of the Sommelier unit is concealed beneathe the surface.
Everything with Sommelier is designed to be easy, and that applies to the installation.
There’s no need for plumbing or specialist installation.
Simply spec a hole into the worktop, then installation can be
completed on site for all three models overmount, undermounted and flush fit.
